Clearfield man accused of fracturing infant’s legs

Clearfield, PA – A Clearfield man allegedly abused an infant, and he now is facing multiple serious charges.

Lawrence Township Police filed the charges against 24-year-old John Uceda-Drumm after his 3-month-old baby was treated at Penn Highlands Clearfield for multiple fractures in their leg.

The infant was then taken into foster care, where it was then discovered that the baby also had fracture in their other leg and rib fractures.

According to police, the injuries happened when Uceda-Drumm was changing the baby’s diaper and grabbed the infant’s torso and legs.

Uceda-Drumm is facing charges of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, and other misdemeanor offenses.
