CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough Council has hired a new borough manager for the first time in three years.
Julie Brooks has been appointed the new borough manager, and her salary will be partially funded by a state strategic management planning grant.
Brooks noted that her priority as the manager is to improve communication and transparency in Clearfield. She also said she will be focusing on issues the residents have.
