CLEARFIELD – If you call Clearfield or Elk County home, you are invited to review a draft of the Joint Comprehensive Plan for both counties.
At Tuesday’s Clearfield County Commissioners meeting, the planning director for Clearfield County, Jodi Brennan, said the draft is open to public review and comment through June 8th. The comprehensive plan addresses major aspects of community development within both counties, including land use, transportation, education, and economic development.
This is the first update to a comprehensive plan in Clearfield County since 2006, and in Elk County since 1999.
The plans are available for review online at the North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission’s HUB site.
