CLEARFIELD – A state prison sentence of one and a-half to five years has been handed down to a Clearfield County woman.
According to court documents, 44-year-old Peggy Evans of Clearfield pleaded guilty to selling fentanyl to an undercover law enforcement officer. Evans was accused of making arrangements for the deal through social media, and then selling the drugs to the officer at a Lawrence Township convenience store in July of last year.
