CLEARFIELD – A jailed Clearfield County teen facing multiple child pornography charges has waived his preliminary hearing rights.
According to court documents, 19-year-old Abram Fry of Houtzdale is accused of possessing at least 50 images and videos of child porn, and sharing them to various social media sites.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office says Fry’s online activities were investigated since January.
Fry’s case is proceeding to Clearfield County Court. He is in the county lockup with bail set at $150,000.
