HARRISBURG – Clearfield County will receive $475,000 from the federal government to help expand and preserve affordable housing.
The funding was granted to the Clearfield County Commissioners and Redevelopment Authority as part of the national HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
U.S. Senator Bob Casey said the funding is an investment back into our communities, and helps to revitalize housing for low-income families.
The nearly half a million dollars going to Clearfield County is a part of a $12.2-million package awarded to 20 Pennsylvania counties.
