MINERAL SPRINGS – A Mineral Springs man will be spending over 15 years in a federal prison for his role in a methamphetamine trafficking operation.
According to court documents, 51 year-old Brian Gidney distributed at least 500 grams of meth and a firearm during an intercepted drug bust in June of 2020.
Further investigation revealed that the trafficking operation was ongoing since July of 2019.
Now, a judge has sentenced him to serve 181 months in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release.
