Clearfield County man pleads guilty to sexual assault of young girl

Clearfield – A 22-year-old Clearfield County man has pleaded guilty to the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl.

According to court documents, Kenneth Ireland of Wallaceton is accused of rape, sexual and indecent assault, and corruption of minors.

Ireland reportedly attacked the girl in January 2021.

He is currently free after posting $25,000 secured bail.

A sentencing date for Ireland has not been scheduled.
