CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield County man will serve one-to-four years in state prison after pleading guilty to indecent assault and harassment charges.
Police say 41-year-old Victor Taylor of Morrisdale was accused of reaching through an open car window and trying to grab the victim’s chest area four times.
The assault took place in a Morris Township driveway in August.
Taylor finally backed away from the car when the victim threatened to mace him.
According to Blair County Court documents, Taylor had been declared a sexually-violent predator following an indecent assault case in 2015.
