JOHNSTOWN – A Clearfield County man pleaded guilty this week to a single charge of violating federal drug laws, and he could face a prison sentence up to 40 years.

The U.S. Attorney General’s Office reports that 33-year-old Jacob Troxell of Coalport pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute at least 50 grams of methamphetamine in 2019.

Troxell will be sentenced in November, and his maximum sentence is 40 years in prison, a fine of $5 million, or both.
