MORRISDALE – A Clearfield County man has been found guilty for his role in a teenage boy’s fatal overdose in 2022.
We previously reported that 38 year-old Dennis Demoss was jailed after a 20 month long investigation revealed he gave a 14 year-old boy heroin containing fentanyl, leading to a fatal overdose.
Now, a jury has found Demoss guilty of felony drug delivery resulting in death, endangering the welfare of children, and criminal use of a communication facility. He was also found guilty of misdemeanor involuntary manslaughter, corruption of minors and endangering another person.
Demoss is still confined at the Clearfield County Jail awaiting sentencing on a later date.
