DUBOIS – A Clearfield County man could be facing life in prison if he is found guilty of possessing child pornography on his computer.
The State Attorney General office says 65-year-old Raymond Mikelonis of Penfield has been designated as a sexually-violent predator twice before, and is now accused of downloading files of child pornography in July. Mikelonis waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Friday, so his case will move on to Clearfield County Court.
Mikelonis is being held in the Clearfield County Jail without bail.
He was determined to be a sexual-violent predator following a child porn case in 2012 and an indecent assault case in 2006.
