Mikelonis waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Friday, so his case will move on to Clearfield County Court.Mikelonis is being held in the Clearfield County Jail without bail.He was determined to be a sexual-violent predator following a child porn case in 2012 and an indecent assault case in 2006.
