OSCEOLA MILLS – Felony child pornography charges have been filed against a 40-year-old Clearfield County man.
According to the Office of Attorney General, Joshua Ochenduszko of Osceola Mills is accused of possessing at least 25 images of child pornography on his phone.
The Attorney General’s Child Predator Section began investigating Ochenduszko in July when nearly 10 tips were received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Ochenduszko is alleged to have been uploading pornographic images through two social media platforms.
State Police took Ochenduszko into custody at his home Tuesday on the child pornography charges, and on an outstanding bench arrest warrant issued by the Clearfield County Court.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 1st.
