CLEARFIELD – Charges of assault and child endangerment against a Woodland man are moving forward in Clearfield County Court.
State Police say 43-year-old Anthony Zuccolotto allegedly assaulted a young girl and broke her arm three years ago. According to court documents, an investigation began a year ago when the victim reported to a school counselor that she had been verbally and physically abused by Zuccolotto for several years. The girl reported specific details of an incident when she was 12 years old when Zuccolotto allegedly struck her with a board multiple times causing a broken arm.
On Wednesday, Zuccolotto waived his right to a preliminary hearing. His bail is currently set at $10,000.
