CLEARFIELD – The case of a Clearfield County man accused of providing the fentanyl which killed a Lawrence Township woman is moving to Clearfield County Court.
On Wednesday, 40-year-old Trevor Bloom of West Decatur waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Bloom will now be tried on charges of drug delivery resulting in death, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, involuntary manslaughter, and reckless endangerment.
A 36-year-old woman reportedly died of cardiac arrest in December 2021 after using fentanyl supplied by Bloom.
After a year of investigation and interviews, police arrested Bloom last week.
He is currently being held in the Clearfield County Jail with bail set at $100,000.
