KYLERTOWN – Sexual and indecent assault charges have been filed against a 20-year-old Clearfield County man for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
State Police say Christian Bailor of Morrisdale is accused of assaulting the teen at a Morris Township house earlier this year.
The victim claimed that Bailor had lied to her and said he was 17.
Two felonies and two misdemeanors were filed against Bailor.
He waived his right to a preliminary hearing last week, and he is currently free after posting a $75,000 unsecured bail.
