WINBURNE – Possession of drug paraphernalia charges have been filed against a Clearfield County man and woman after police were called to a home where the man was hearing voices.
State Police say 38-year-old Norman Bell of Winburne called them Friday afternoon to report that he could hear his old neighbors talking in the bedroom.
Police confirmed there were no voices in the Cooper Township residence, but they found drug paraphernalia and discovered there was an active warrant for Bell’s arrest.
They also arrested 42-year-old Crystal Frye at the scene on drug paraphernalia possession charges.
