CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield County man is accused of sexually abusing a mentally disabled teenager for months.
According to court documents, 55-year-old Cory Kubiak of Irvona is facing charges of rape and aggravated indecent assault.
The victim reported to State Police that she was repeatedly assaulted by Kubiak at an Irvona residence.
Kubiak is currently lodged in the Clearfield County Jail with his bail set at $100,000.
