CLEARFIELD COUNTY – The case against a Clearfield County man who allegedly killed a man during an ATV crash in early September is moving forward.
On Sunday September 1st State Police say that 22 year-old Nathaniel Beers was allegedly driving a side-by-side while under the influence when he struck and killed 81 year-old Father Robert Humenay, who was walking around Sportsman’s Road in Winburne
After the fatal crash Beers was held in the Clearfield County Jail, but posted bail on September 2nd.
On Wednesday, Beers’ preliminary hearing was slated to continue until October 30th.
