Clearfield –
The homicide trial of 37-year old Jonathan Gallaher of Coalport enters day three today in Clearfield County Court.
Gallaher allegedly set a house fire in April of 2021 that claimed the life of 33-year old Matthew Troxell.
The charges Gallaher is facing include criminal homicide, criminal attempt-homicide, arson and aggravated assault.
The trial resumes before Judge Paul Cherry.
It’s scheduled through Tuesday.
