CLEARFIELD – The case of a Clearfield County couple accused of murdering the woman’s estranged husband last month will be going to trial.
At a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, all charges filed against 37-year-old Danielle Parks and 48-year-old Bryan Michaelis were advanced to Clearfield County Court. Parks and Michaelis are facing charges of criminal homicide, conspiracy, aggravated assault, and tampering with evidence in connection with the shooting death of 33-year-old Kodey Parks on February 24th.
The Morrisdale couple is being held without bail in the Clearfield County Jail.
