Clearfield – Line painting may be coming to a road near you in Clearfield or Elk counties during these warm weather months.
PennDOT is reminding you that line painting will be done on state roads only under dry weather conditions.
Information will be posted on permanent and portable message boards in the region—especially on Interstate 80, and major roadways like Route 322 and 219.
PennDOT reminds you that you should stay at least eight car lengths behind line painting equipment to avoid running over wet paint, and that you please be patient when stopped or slowed behind the line painting operation.
