Clarion man injured after striking embankment, boulder

Madison Township, PA – A Clarion man was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital after striking an embankment and then a boulder.

21-year-old Riley Slagle had been driving on Route 861 in Madison Township (east of Rimersburg in Clarion County) around 6 p.m. Tuesday.

For unknown reasons, he struck an embankment and then a boulder.

Slagle was taken by ambulance to Allegheny General Hospital for injuries of unknown severity.
