The offices and garage will reopen on Tuesday, November 29. Non-emergency calls to the City Police Department will be received at 800-689-3535. All emergency calls should go to 9-1-1. Harrisburg – Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, all PennDOT driver license and photo centers will be closed Thursday and Friday.If you need to obtain driver and vehicle products or services such as forms, publications or driver training manuals; you may visit dmv.pa.gov.There are no additional fees for using PennDOT’s online services.
