CLEARFIELD – State Police have charged a Clearfield County man with sexually assaulting a juvenile.
According to court documents, Bryon Carter of Beccaria is facing a felony count of child rape in addition to felony sexual and indecent assault charges. Police accuse Carter of assaulting the victim in May.
Following his arraignment in DuBois last week, Carter was sent to the Clearfield County Jail with his bail set at $250,000. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday.
