BROCKWAY – A Brockway man accused of domestic dispute has had all charges dropped against him.
We previously reported that 40 year-old David Coakley was accused of assault after a reported domestic dispute in late August.
Court documents now show that the charges against Coakley have been dismissed, with the case resulting in a guilty disposition on a summary harassment offense.
