Cat shot by pellet gun in Summerville

Summerville, PA – A cat was shot by a pellet gun in Jefferson County, and police are still investigating it as a case of cruelty to animals.

The cat was reported as possibly being shot by a pellet gun near a home on Brown Street in Summerville on Jan. 12.

It’s unclear from the police report the current condition of the cat.
