CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County has been awarded a grant of more than $1.2 million to help provide and restore water service to some residents of Cooper Township.
The grant money is part of the federal CARES Act, and it will be used by the township’s municipal authority to pay for the installation of approximately 4,600 feet of water line.
The money will also help to reconnect water service to 26 homes along Pheasant Drive, Old Turnpike Road, and Hardscrabble Road.
