Monroe Township, PA – Someone spray painted the side of a camper parked in Clarion County.
State Police say the owner of the camper, a 40-year-old Clarion man, reported that it likely happened sometime between 9 a.m. on Sept. 19 and 1 p.m. on Sept. 20 while the camper was parked along South 2nd Avenue in Clarion.
An unknown person spray painted profanity in pink paint on the side of the Sunny Brook camper,
