BROOKVILLE – A Brookville woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly neglecting multiple animals in July.
According to police, Courtney Wolff allegedly left two cats, two kittens, and a dog inside a Main Street residence basement for over a week.
After authorities were notified by a neighbor, they found the five pets inside the residence. The home was reportedly covered with feces with no food or water set aside for the animals.
It was reported that the two kittens later died due to the poor living conditions.
Wolff is now facing a plethora of charges including aggravated cruelty to animals and animal neglect.
