BROOKVILLE – Assault and harassment charges have been filed against a Brookville woman for allegedly digging her fingernail into a man’s face during a domestic dispute.
Brookville Borough Police say 45-year-old Aszure Luzier was arrested last Thursday at a Jefferson Street apartment where she was reportedly fighting with the man.
Luzier told police it was “possible” that she injured the man with her fingernail as an act of self-defense.
Luzier is free on $5,000 bail.
Her preliminary hearing is scheduled in Jefferson County District Court in April.
