Brookville, PA – A Brookville woman has been charged with assault after police witnessed her strike a man during an argument.
According to the report Brookville Police received a phone call about a possible domestic in progress Monday night on Jared Street. Once police arrived they heard a man and woman arguing over putting a child to sleep. Upon further investigation it was found that both the man and woman had been drinking during the incident. Police witnesses the woman strike the man during the on-going argument.
She was arrested and place in the Jefferson County Jail.
