BROOKVILLE – School students were “wheelin and dealin” Thursday at the Brookville High School.

It was the annual “Wheelers and Dealers” event giving students an opportunity to learn the principles of marketing and economics. The community attended with the largest turnout to date, and nearly $2,000 was fundraised.

Brookville economics teacher, Nancee Miles, said “Wheelers and Dealers” gave students a hands-on experience to express their creativity and enhance their economic skills.

High school students crafted products to sell to the elementary school students, and to the community. Students created anything from stickers to finger snowboards. The best-selling product was radar sports cards that included pictures of athletes in the Brookville area.
