BROOKVILLE – A 69 year-old man is facing multiple charges after allegedly fleeing while police were trying to pull him over earlier in the month.
According to Brookville Police, on November 9th officers noticed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign.
Police attempted to pull the vehicle over, however they allegedly failed to yield to police.
The unidentified 69 year-old driver then pulled into a Giant Eagle parking lot and attempted to go into the store.
The man allegedly knew that officers were attempting to pull him over, however he continued towards the store after reportedly walking threateningly towards the responding officer.
The man is now facing several charges including fleeing and eluding.
