BROOKVILLE — A Jefferson County man is in jail, and he has been accused of raping a 12-year-old girl several times.
According to the State Police, 33-year-old Damon Hamman of Brookville faces more than a dozen felony charges of child rape and aggravated indecent assault.
The victim reportedly told investigators that Hamman forced her to have sex with him while her mother was at work. She allegedly told Hamman “no” multiple times, and repeatedly asked him to stop.
Hamman is currently being held at the Jefferson County Jail with bail set at $100,000.
