Eldred Township – A Brookville man is facing several charges after allegedly physically assaulting a juvenile.
On August 11th police responded to an Eldred Township home for reports of a physical confrontation. The victim told police that 64 year-old Mark Aaron attacked them when he went to the home to do maintenance work.
The victim said that Aaron allegedly strangled them while hitting them multiple times in the face and side with pliers.
Police then took Aaron into custody where he faces felony strangulation, simple assault, and harassment charges.
