BROOKVILLE – A juvenile is facing multiple charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a younger child.
According to Brookville police, between November and December of 2022 a seven year-old was sexually assaulted on two separate occasions by a 13 year-old.
The now 15 year-old is facing charges of Aggravated indecent assault, Unlawful contact with a minor, and Indecent assault.
