BROOKVILLE – BBQ enthusiasts rejoice, as the Brookville BBQ Bash fires back up this weekend.
From 11am to 7pm at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds you can enjoy a plethora of ribs, pulled pork, and brisket from six varieties of vendors.
“We have six different barbeque vendors that are coming,“ explained Executive Director of the Brookville Chamber of Commerce Jamie Popson. “We will have three judges that will be judging them later in the day. And then we have this great trophy that will be awarded to the winner based on those three judges.”
This free event has more to offer than just food, there will be plenty of vendors, live music, kids activities, a Car Cruise-In, and now the annual Relay for Life has been rescheduled to take place during the festivities with an ice cream social and cancer survivor ceremony at dusk
Don’t miss your chance to enjoy one of Brookville’s tastiest traditions.
