BROCKWAY – A Brockway woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly breaking into an apartment.
On December 19th, police responded to a Seventh Avenue apartment for reports of a break-in.
Once on scene police learned that a woman, later identified as 38 year-old Stacie Smith, was attempting to break into the building.
After following tracks police learned that Smith tried to break into another apartment, at which point they learned of her identity.
When questioned, Smith was allegedly confrontational and intoxicated while denying the break-in.
She has since been charged with felony burglary, terroristic threats, and harassment charges.
