BROCKWAY – Both sides of Brockway teachers and administration came to an agreement over contract negotiations.
Typically this process takes a lot of effort from many different parties, but historically for Brockway, they have smaller groups that include outside individuals to work through a compromise.
Unanimously approved by the Brockway School Board, Superintendent Brain Mulhollan tells us that this is a great win for everyone involved.
“It allows for us to be able to see both sides, and be able to see what works for both parties,“ explained Superintendent Mulhollan. “And figure out moving forward what is best for the district as a whole.”
In the end, those with the district believe that they are doing what is best for the school and everyone involved.
