Brockway police officer honored for years of service

Brockway – A police officer in Brockway has been honored for many years of service to the Jefferson County borough.

The Brockway Borough Council honored longtime police officer Paul Brosky at its regular June meeting.

Brosky became Brockway’s Officer in Charge several years ago when a former police chief resigned, and the department set out to rebuild its ranks.

Brosky has been serving in Brockway for a total of 24 years.

The Brockway Borough Council and Mayor William Hrinya formally thanked officer Brosky for his work as Officer in Charge.
