An emergency injunction against DuBois City and Council has been granted for a group of DuBois residents. Clearfield County Judge Ammerman granted an injunction that orders no further payments be made to former City Manager Herm Suplizio until the end of their existing term. No pension distributions, and no binding agreements on payouts can be formed between the City and Suplizio pending further notice of the court.
