CLEARFIELD – One man is behind bars after allegedly breaking into a home while high on drugs.
On Friday night, police responded to a Rut Alley residence for reports of a break-in. While enroute officers were given the description of a van leaving the scene.
Police were able to locate the van and pulled it over, where they discovered the driver, Brandon Davis, was allegedly under the influence. Davis advised officers he had used fentanyl.
Davis was taken into custody on a warrant and transported to the Clearfield County Jail where he faces burglary and drug charges.
