UNDATED – Bird Flu cases have now been found in Pennsylvania.
The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture announced Monday that a case of Bird Flu has been found in a flock of 50,000 chickens at a Lehigh County poultry farm.
According to economic experts, since 2023, increased Bird Flu cases have caused egg prices to more than double over the past two years.
The facility has now been placed in quarantine and all poultry movement has been restricted within six miles of the farm.
