BELLEFONTE – A Bellefonte man will spend up to a year behind bars after pleading guilty to stealing a vehicle earlier in the year.
We previously reported that 33 year-old Alexander Foltz was arrested after fleeing from police in a stolen vehicle. Now, after pleading guilty he has been sentenced to spend between five months to one year in the Clearfield County Jail with three years of probation.
He also has other charges that are still pending.
