Jay Township, PA – Police in Elk County are trying to figure out who spray painted a bridge.
Jay Township Supervisors told police that, sometime between June 27 and 29, someone spray painted the Baumertown Bridge near Weedville with the initials and numbers “SCY 2020-2021” with purple paint.
