WOODWARD TOWNSHIP – One man is facing charges after allegedly fleeing from police in an ATV.
According to police on September 20th, troopers attempted to pull over a black ATV in Houtzdale when it allegedly began to flee from police. After a short pursuit troopers stopped the chase.
Police determined that the ATV was driven by 44 year-old Ronald Brady and when questioned he allegedly confessed to fleeing from police.
He is now facing felony fleeing and eluding charges on top of multiple traffic offenses.
