CLEARFIELD – A two vehicle crash occurred Sunday afternoon in Bradford Township after an attempted U-turn.
State Police report that 20-year-old Julia Lieberman was driving south on Route 970 when she attempted to make a U-turn at the intersection of Shawville Highway and Doe Hill Road.
Police say Lieberman did not confirm that the U-turn could be done in a safe manner and struck a vehicle driven by a 73-year-old woman.
Both vehicles were disabled as a result of the crash.
Lieberman was cited for limitations on turning around.
