
PHILIPSBURG – One man is behind bars after allegedly breaking into and stealing from multiple businesses.
According to DuBois State Police, on May 8th they received a report of a broken front door at a Fuel-On convenience store.
After investigation, police determined that 40 year-old Shawn Bumbarger was the primary suspect. Once they received a search warrant, authorities allegedly discovered multiple items that were stolen from the convenience store.
They also discovered items from other businesses that were presumed stolen.
Bumbarger is currently at the Clearfield County Jail.
