UNDATED – After months of stalemate, Pennsylvania’s newly approved state budget has opened the door for economic growth, according to State Representative Mike Armanini.
He says that the biggest win in this budget is getting off of RGGI, the regional greenhouse gas initiative, potentially saving your electric bills by up to 30 percent.
“With that gone, that is going to, of course, open up the energy sector of Pennsylvania,“ explained Representative Armanini.
Representative Armanini said the budget will include long-awaited permitting reforms, boosts to public education, and expanded support to seniors, ultimately helping Pennsylvanians across the state..
